Who Attends the ASU+GSV Summit?

Investors, entrepreneurs, educators, and innovators who would otherwise never be in the same room but all of whom share a passion for driving education and innovation—the magic is in the mix! Our audience of 7,000+ leaders spans the “PreK to Gray” ecosystem and includes over 1,000 K12 Superintendents and Principals; over 1,000 Higher Education Leaders; Enterprise Learning Leaders, Philanthropic Leaders, Global Investors and over 1,000 Education and Skills Technology companies from all over the world.

What are the 2025 ticket terms?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in your place. Please note, there is a $50 transfer fee.

COVID-19 currently affects and may continue to affect the ability of GSV Summit LLC to offer an in-person 2025 ASU+GSV Summit in 2025. If GSV Summit LLC, in its sole discretion, determines that it is unable to offer an in-person 2025 ASU+GSV Summit in 2025, GSV Summit LLC reserves the right to offer the 2025 ASU+GSV Summit virtually.

Will meals be provided during the Summit?

Yes, meals are typically provided at mealtime events during the ASU+GSV Summit, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner keynotes. Specific meal information for the 2025 Summit will be forthcoming.

ASU+GSV Summit Media Passes are reserved for recognized journalists and working accredited press/media that cover ASU+GSV.

*Please note that publishers, brand ambassadors, PR/marketing, corporate social media/communications professionals, strategic consultants, and non-editorial media staff do not qualify for a complimentary press pass and are encouraged to purchase an Attendee ticket.

Are sessions audio recorded?

Yes! Most 2025 ASU+GSV Summit sessions will be audio recorded and available post-event for on-demand listening. Relive the inspiration, catch what you missed, and soak up insights on your own schedule.

Interactive workshops, however, are intentionally not recorded. Why? These sessions are designed to be immersive, hands-on, and highly collaborative—driven by real-time interaction and group participation. The magic happens in the moment!

What are the COVID-19 Protocols?

ASU+GSV follows CDC, state, and local guidelines. We will update protocols as guidance changes. For the latest information, visit the State of California Department of Public Health website and the CDC.

Does ASU+GSV have a limited capacity?

Tickets for the in-person ASU+GSV Summit in San Diego will be available for purchase until they are sold out. Spots are limited and sell out faster every year, so we recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your spot for the in-person experience.

What is the Recommended attire?

The dress code for the ASU+GSV Summit is business casual, but don’t forget comfortable footwear.

The ASU+GSV Summit will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego on the following dates:

Does my ASU+GSV Summit 2025 registration include access to The Show @ ASU+GSV?

Yes! When you register for ASU+GSV Summit (April 6-9, 2025), you’re automatically registered for The Show @ ASU+GSV (April 5-7, 2025). While The Show is a separate event with its own unique programming, all Summit registrants receive full access—no extra steps required.Please note that The Show @ ASU+GSV requires a separate badge, which you'll need to pick up before attending. The event takes place at the San Diego Convention Center, just a short walk from Hyatt, where the Summit takes place.
